All quotations are subject to vehicle availability and any currency/fuel surcharge / VAT applicable at the time of shipment. Customs formalities are excluded.

The quotation is exclusive of VAT and demurrage if incurred.

Insurance will NOT be affected unless instructed explicitly in writing before the Shipment has been collected/shipped.

Payment terms are strictly per agreed terms, except for Duty / VAT and Import invoices where payment is required before delivery.

Palletisation services are not included in the above rates.

The above rates exclude the following services:

 Overtime Surcharge unless otherwise stated

Outside normal working hours Mon-Fri 08.00 – 18.00 Hours

Work performed outside these hours or on Sunday is subject to a 50% surcharge.

Our Rates do not allow for Public Holiday working, which, if required, would be an Additional 100% unless otherwise stated

All business, without exception, is handled subject to our Standard Trading Conditions (BIFA), whether we act as agents or otherwise. A copy of this can be supplied upon request.

All European road transport will be moved under CMR Conditions

The company typically makes arrangements with third parties as customer agents.

Any Services that remain unpaid by the customer will result in DTS having a lien over The Goods for Your Debt. Until we have received payment of Your Debt in full by credit or debit card or a direct bank transfer, we reserve the right to sell the goods and recover the value of the debt.

If customs and storage charges hold goods are incurred, DTS will not be held responsible for these charges.
